Back To School Party

My son started preschool this week. I know everyone else is back to school, but I still wanted to share our little celebration! We kept it pretty simple, and of course we had to have yummy cupcakes.
I used my Silhouette to create the cupcake flags and banner below.
I made Logan a little crown. I cut a 12 x 12 inch paper in half and measured it to his head and stapled. I then used my Silhouette to cut out the word Pre K. He thought it was pretty neat.
I did an inexpensive back to school gift. We are always needing glue, and I gave one to my daughter as well so she wouldn't feel left out. I made up the saying, "Stick to working hard and trying and you will have a fabulous year!"
You can download the saying by pressing on the picture below.
I also asked Logan some questions about his favorite things. His answers were pretty funny to us and some came completely out of left field. I made this little scrapbook page to include in his yearly book.
{Excuse the little girl... Logan wanted Hannah in his pictures!}
I downloaded the First Day sign a year or so ago from How Does She.They have one for each grade from Pre-K up to 12th grade. I'm sorry, I am not sure of the exact link to get to them.
We are back to school now and loving it! However, Hannah is wondering where Logan is!
